DATED : 17/03/2023 This is an application for seeking permission by the appellant No.2 to withdraw the enhanced amount of compensation. The appellants who are the parents of the deceased only filed the appeal for the enhancement of the compensation. The widow of the deceased has already remarried and therefore, she was not with the appellants.

The matter is settled before the Lok-Adalat on 01.08.2021. As per the terms and conditions that appellant No.2 is entitled to receive the amount of compensation as appellant No.1 is died.

In view of that, appellant No.2 is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation along with accrued interest. The amount be disbursed on due
