We are satisfied that the competent authority has applied its mind and decided to reject the application filed by the applicant even after the remand order made by this Court in Writ Petition No. 507/2014. We have seen the reasons given by the competent authority. We agree with the authority that consistent conduct of the applicant in surrendering late on number of occasions disentitles him to any leave.

In view of above, we pass the following order.

ORDER

Criminal Application No. 33/2015 is summarily rejected.
