The only relief which is sought by the petitioner is that of release of his pensionary benefits having superannuated on 31/05/2017. 2.
In our opinion petitioner can seek such relief before the Central Administrative Tribunal. We do not intend to go into the merits of the matter as the petitioner has already given up his claim as that of belonging to Gond Gowari, Scheduled Tribe.
