O R D E R

Both the parties have settled the claim as per the compromise memo. The compromise appears to be legal and valid. The compromise memo Form 'H' is verified and found to be correct. Both the parties have admitted that they have accepted the terms of the compromise memo. The compromise memo is read and recorded. The award be drawn in terms of compromise memo.

In view of compromise memo, the present matter is disposed of with direction that respondent No.2 United India Insurance Company shall pay the amount of the Claim by cheque to the appellant being senior citizen. 3.

A filing of separate petition does not require for withdrawal of amount as per this order/award.

A copy of this order be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties free of costs.
