This is an application seeking withdrawal of the 50% of the amount of compensation lying in this Court. Learned counsel submits that the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Washim has allowed the claim and awarded a sum of Rs.3,77,243/- as compensation to the claimant for the death of her son, which amount was deposited by the appellant - Insurance Company in this Court and vide order dated 19.06.2016 the first 50% amount was allowed to be withdrawn, which was withdrawn by the claimant/applicant. Thereafter, the matter was referred to the National Lok Adalat by order dated 09.09.2017 and the First Appeal was disposed of as withdrawn.

Having heard the learned counsel and having perused the application.

Let the balance amount of Rs.1,88,621/- (Rupees One Lakh, Eighty eight thousand, Six hundred and Twenty one only) along with interest be allowed to be withdrawn by the claimant/applicant.

Registry to act accordingly.

The application stands disposed.
