Learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in affidavit-in-reply makes a statement that the petitioner Sau. Rama Prakash Gawande is eligible for Selection Grade Pay from the date mentioned in the column No.4 of order dated 28.09.2023.

In view of that, petition is partly allowed in above terms.

The costs of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) deposited by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court be paid to the Vidharbha Lady Lawyers Association, Nagpur. 4.

The respondent No.2 shall calculate the amount and be paid within four weeks.
