In execution of Non Bailable Warrant issued by this Court on 23.1.2019, applicant-Namdeo s/o Sukhdeo Mane is arrested.

As per submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri M.K.Pathan for the State, applicant-Namdeo s/o Sukhdeo Mane is lodged in Central Prison at Amravati. After his arrest, an application under Section 389 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for suspension of sentence and for grant of bail is filed by learned counsel Smt.I.S.Charlewar.

Today, when the present application is taken up for hearing, learned counsel Smt.I.S.Charlewar for the applicant submits that she is not pressing the present application. Instead, she submits that since paper-book is .....2/-

The criminal application is disposed of as not pressed.

Put up the present appeal for final hearing on 15.2.2019 at serial No.1.

It is made clear that on 15.1.2019 the appellant need not be produced before this Court since he is already lodged in the Central Prison at Amravati.
