The Petitioner apprehends that pursuant to the order passed on 16 November 2021 by Respondent No.1, the Petitioner will be transferred from Zilla Parishad, Gondia to Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli.

We have perused the communications dated 16 November 2021 and 10 February 2022. These communications are general in nature, which lay down a methodology of how a repatriation of the Engineers who have been allotted to other Zilla SUMIT

2 / 2 20-WP-1062-2022 Parishads should take place. The Petitioner apprehends that by implementing this methodology, the Petitioner might be transferred. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner would be immediately relieved. However, as on date, there is no specific order passed against the Petitioner. 4.

Therefore, it will be appropriate that the challenge of the Petitioner, if any, is considered if a specific order is passed against the Petitioner based on these communications. 5.

While we dispose of this petition keeping the contentions of the Petitioner open in case the Petitioner is transferred based on these impugned communications, we direct that the Petitioner will be given two weeks advance notice before passing any order of transfer against the Petitioner. 6.
