The Petitioner states that the Petitioner has recently come to know about the Government Resolution dated 09 February 2016, which states that un-trained Teachers should not be appointed. The Petitioner states that though this Resolution is not applicable to the Petitioner, yet the Respondents may rely on the same. The Respondents have not relied upon the same for last six years. The Petitioner has filed this petition on a pure apprehension.

In light thereof, we are not inclined to initiate proceedings as there could be various other reasons that the SUMIT
