This is an application for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of writ petition. There is a delay of 405 days in moving the application for restoration of Writ Petition Stamp No. 13253 of 2020.

In the application, the reasons given are of pendamic and fault of the advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, I am of the opinion that sufficient cause has been shown, the delay is condoned. However, subject to SKNair

The application is allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.5000/- within one week. Misc. Civil Application (Stamp No.) 25528 of 2023 For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed subject to removal of office objections within three weeks from today.
