Heard Shri Deshmukh, learned counsel for the appellant and Shri Khan, learned APP for respondent No.1 - State. Respondent No. 2 though served, is not present.

This is an appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, filed against an order of rejection of Regular Bail to the appellant, passed on 31.01.2020 in Misc. Criminal Application No. 44 of 2020.

This Court has already released the appellant on temporary bail on 21.02.2020. Today, I have perused the reply filed on behalf of the State.

1401apeal99.20 The reply does not reveal any other material than has been considered by this Court while releasing the appellant on temporary bail. This Court has already considered the nature of allegations against the appellant.

Considering the nature of offence and the allegations, this Court is inclined to confirm the order dated 21.02.2020 on the same conditions. Criminal Appeal is allowed accordingly.
