This is an application for extension of period for payment of arrears as directed by this Court vide order dated 19.12.2014.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that insofar regular salary is concerned, the same will be paid from 10.03.2015, however, insofar as the arrears are concerned, the same will be paid within two months from today. In that view of the matter, arrears shall be paid within a period of two weeks, however, regular salary shall be paid to the applicant from 10.03.2015.

The civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
