Date : 5 th January, 2017 Both the Courts below are concurrent in dismissing the suit for specific performance of contract. The finding is that the plaintiff has failed to prove that the defendant No.1 executed the agreement to sell on behalf of the defendant Nos.2 to 8, the joint owners of the property. The learned counsel for the appellantplaintiff could not point out any substantial question of law arising out of such finding.

The second appeal is dismissed.
