At the outset, Mr. Neware, learned counsel for the applicant submits that permission be granted to him to correct the cause title.

On 06.02.2018, this Court dismissed the revision for want of prosecution. This application for restoration is filed on the next day. The application is affirmed by Mr.Anant Krishnarao Neware, Advocate himself. 5.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is allowed. Order dated 06.02.2018 is recalled. Criminal Revision No.160/2010 is restored to file.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
