This application is filed by the applicants/original petitioners for correcting the date in the order passed by this Court (Coram : Ravindra V. Ghuge, J.) on 07.01.2020. (2) Heard Shri A.M. Haq, learned counsel for the applicants.

(3) Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in paragraph No.1 of the order dated 07.01.2020 it has been typed as "the petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 15.01.2019 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Amravati." He submits that there is a typographical mistake in date "15.01.2019", which should be "05.01.2019". He invites attention of this Court to prayer clause (a), which also shows that the impugned order is "dated 05.01.2019."

14 caw364.21.odt (4) It is thus clear that it is a typographical mistake in mentioning the date as "15.01.2019" instead of "05.01.2019".

(5) The civil application is allowed by correcting the date in paragraph no.1. The date in paragraph no.1 shall be read as "05.01.2019" instead of "15.01.2019". Necessary correction be carried out.

(6) The application is disposed of.
