DATE D : 29/04/2024 There is no disputed that the notification dated 26/05/2015 (page 61) applies in the instant case, for the purpose of applying the revised multiplier factor for the purpose determining the compensation, as per the statement by learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and by Shri. A.M. Kukday, learned Counsel for respondent No.6. The petition is, therefore, disposed of by directing the respondent No.4, to apply the revised multiplier as indicated in the notification dated 26/05/2015 to the lands of the petitioners, which have been acquired. The present Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in above terms. No order as to costs.
