DATED : 07.04.2025 The present application is filed by respondent No.1 seeking direction to respondent No.2 to release retirement benefits of the appellant.

Learned AGP submits that all necessary documents are received by the office of Education Officer and same will be submitted to Accountant General Office within a period of one week. In view of the statement across the bar, the application stands disposed of.

After receipt of papers from the Education Officer, the office of Accountant General has to take immediate steps to release the pension of respondent No.1.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
