None appears for petitioner today also.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition. The petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Both the counsel submit that this petition was mentioned in the morning on 23.01.2025 and adjournment was sought at the instance of the respondents. Order was accordingly passed to list the petition in the week commencing from 03.02.2025. 3.

Later on counsel for the petitioner came to know that the petition was called despite having been adjourned and accordingly above said order was passed.

Since both the counsel submit that on that day the petition was adjourned on mentioning, it appears that this petition was called inadvertently and dismissed.

In view of above, the application seeking restoration of the petition is allowed. Writ Petition No.4411/2023 is restored to file. List in the week commencing from 14.04.2025.
