Civil Application [W] No.364/2016 Since the original petitioner has received the amount payable to the petitioner towards the provident fund, we dispose of the civil application.

At this stage, Ms. Singalkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the gratuity is still not paid to the original petitioner. If that be so, the original petitioner may take up appropriate proceedings by joining the Education Officer (Primary), as a party respondent, as it is informed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the Education Officer (Primary) would be responsible for payment of gratuity. Order accordingly.
