We have perused the pleadings and the annexures to the petition.

The petitioner, through his Advocate Mr. Narnaware, has already moved the respondent no.2-Employer vide representation dated 20.07.2023, which is produced at Annexure-11 to the petition, for release of his entire retiral benefits.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent no.2 to deal with the said representation in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner thereafter. 4.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
