By this pursis, the appellant is willing to withdraw the present appeal, as per the mail received from the appellant. Mail is filed on record. The appeal is, therefore, disposed of as it is withdrawn with direction to pay the court fee, if any, as per law.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.1 submits that some amount is withdrawn which was deposited by the appellant as per the directions of this court. He, therefore, submits that the respondent no.1 may kindly be permitted to withdraw the remaining amount along with interest accrued thereon. Oral application of the respondent no.1 is allowed. 4.

Registry is directed to pay the remaining amount of compensation deposited in this court by the appellant as per the award of the M.A.C.T. Akot, District-Akola to the respondent no.1.
