This is an application for grant of bail, which is disposed of by pronouncing the order on 30/09/2024, however, the office has listed the matter for some minor correction in para-3, the sentence;

(a) "Death of the deceased was head injury, to stab and multiple injuries over abdomen" is written instead of it should be "Death of the deceased was due to head injury, stab, and multiple injuries over abdomen".

(b) In para-5 the bar under Section 21(3) is mentioned in stead of "21(4)".

(c) In para-7 on second line, "the application on ground that" is mentioned in stead of it should be "the application on the ground of". In similar para on page No.7 the word Flip Card is mentioned it should be "Flip Cart".

(e) In para-16 on second line "reference as to sanction" is mentioned, instead of it should be reference as to "rigor".

While mentioning the APP's name inadvertently Shri D.V. Chauhan, Public Prosecutor is mentioned in stead of it should be mentioned Shri D.V. Chauhan, Public Prosecutor (Senior Counsel) with Shri U.R. Phasate, Additional P.P. for the State.

The above said corrections be made and the corrected copy be uploaded afresh.
