02] Respondent - Asha Gorghate expired on 12th June, 2020. Photocopy of the death certificate is produced by learned Advocate for the respondent. It is taken on record and marked as Annexure ' X'

03] She was the respondent in a marriage petition filed by the petitioner. There was a prayer for declaration of the marriage null and void and alternate prayer for divorce on the ground of cruelty. The petition was dismissed. So also, the first appeal filed by the petitioner came to be dismissed.

04] In view of the death of respondent - Asha Gorghate, this second appeal no more survives. Hence, it is disposed of as become infructuous.
