This is an application to add respondent Nos. 4 and 5, as mentioned in para 4 of the application, in view of the subsequent changes. 3.

It is stated that the present respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have been transferred to Akola and Amravati respectively, and in their places, respondent Nos. 4 and 5, as mentioned above, are posted. 4.

Given the aforesaid submission, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i) of the application.
