The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents failed to release benefits including increments 10, 20 and 30 years to the petitioner as per the Government Resolution dated 14-12-2022. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the concerned authority for granting the same. The said representation dated 26-12-2022 is pending with the authority. He further submitted that the said issue is covered by the judgment delivered by the Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No.1485/2020 (Bharatee Balaji Rapatwar v. State of Maharashtra and another) with other connected matters. In view of the same, the petitioner has not pressed this petition and urged that the concerned authority be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass the order.

As such, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction that the concerned authority i.e. respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation dated 26-12-2022 (Annexure-15) filed by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
