The petitioner was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.2,35,000/- on or before 07.02.2020. By this application, extension of time is sought on the ground that due to the death of the mother of the learned Advocate for the petitioner, he failed to inform the petitioner to deposit the amount within stipulated period. Hence, the extension of ten days is sought by the learned Advocate for the petitioner.

2] Considering the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. Time is extended till 28.02.2020 for depositing the said amount. Amount to be deposited in the Trial Court.
