By this application, respondent No.2 - Insurance Company is seeking permission to deposit the decretal amount.

The matter is already amicably settled before the Lok-Adalat on 12/11/2022, however Insurance Company has not deposited the amount as earlier cheque was returned due to the difference in the signature. 4.

In view of that respondent No.2-Insurance Company is permitted to deposit the cheque within one week.
