This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring an appeal.

Heard learned counsel Ms Rutuja Palaspagar for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri N.R. Rode for the State.

At the foot of the application for condonation of delay, a statement is made by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is in jail and, therefore, affidavit be dispensed with. 4.

The applicant is challenging his conviction for offences punishable under Sections 354 and 354-A of the Indian Penal Code. 5.

Delay is of 49 days.

After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, I am .....2/-

Consequently, I allow the application. Delay of 49 days in filing the application against conviction is hereby condone. Office is directed to register the appeal and put up the same in the next week for admission.
