Present application is filed by the applicant for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal. There is a delay of 484 days.

The contention of the applicant is that they are very poor and illiterate. They are not aware that they can file appeal after the passing the order of Tribunal. The learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposed the application and stated that the delay is not explained properly.

The reasons for the delay are properly explained in the application in paragraph 5. I am satisfied that there is no intentional or deliberate delay. Hence, the application is allowed. The delay of 484 days in filing the First Appeal is hereby condoned. Registry is directed to register the First Appeal.
