By this application, the petitioners are seeking early hearing of the Writ Petition. It is stated that due to failure on the part of the petitioners to deposit back-wages, interim order is not operating in favour of the petitioners and the Tribal Development Department, has withheld non salary grant to the tune of Rs.23,91,757/-, and now, the respondent no. 1 is pressing the execution proceedings.

Considering the fact that the Writ Petition is pending since the year 2013, and it would be in the interest of justice, that the petition is finally heard, the present application is granted.

List the writ petition for final hearing on 19.04.2022, at the top of the final hearing board. 4.
