This application has been moved for modification of the order dated 16/12/2015.

By order dated 16/12/2015, notice was issued to the respondents and the order of reinstatement was stayed subject to depositing 50% back wages. The respondents are now served. Instead of deciding the application for modification of the condition of depositing 50% of the back wages, the writ petition itself can be heard for admission.

It would be open for the petitioners to seek modification of the condition of deposit of 50% back wages when the Court hears the writ petition for admission. The civil application is disposed of with aforesaid observations.
