The petitioner has remedy either to approach the Industrial Court for the reliefs claimed in the petition or to prefer an appeal under Rule 13 or Rule 14 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad, District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964. It is informed to us that the petitioner has filed a complaint before the Industrial Court.

We therefore, dismiss this Writ Petition on the ground of existence of an alternative remedy. No costs.
