In spite of ample opportunities given to the appellant, paper book is not filed.

Further six weeks' time is granted to the appellant to file paper book, however by way of last chance subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee at Nagpur. 4.

It is made clear that if paper book is not filed within the stipulated time, the appeal shall stand dismissed automatically without back reference to the Court and if an application for restoration of the appeal is filed, Register (J) .....2/-
