Learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the proceedings before the learned Labour Court can be expedited since the impugned order is complied with by the petitioner by reinstating the employee.

Considering the fact that the proceedings are pending before the Labour Court at Amravati from 2017, the concerned Court is requested to make an endeavour to expedite the proceedings within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
