DATED : 25-03-2022 These petitions assail the order dated 09-2-2022 rendered by the District Co-operative Election Officer whereby the objection of the petitioners to the provisional voters list is rejected.

It is fairly stated by the learned Counsel Mr. Tejas Deshpande that during the pendency of petitions, election programme is published.

The notice issued to most of the affected personsrespondents is received back unserved. 4.

In this view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain these petitions in exercise of writ jurisdiction, particularly since there is alternate statutory remedy of election petition.

Leaving open all the contentions raised herein, the petitioners are relegated to the statutory remedy of election petition.

The petitions are dismissed.
