This application is for stay to the effect, execution, implementation and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by 4th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No.163/2017.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with the accrued interest within

(2) 47.caf.1135.2023 seven weeks, the effect, operation, execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by 4th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No.163/2017 is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 4.
