This is an application for condonation of delay. Delay is of 548 days.

As per contentions of the applicant, the applicant had to obtain necessary approval from higher officials and, therefore, time is consumed in obtaining the said approval and hence, delay is caused. The delay is not intentional one. It is further submitted that since similar appeals are already kept in Lok-Adalat on 11.2.2023, the present appeal can be placed in the Lok-Adalat. 3.

Respondent No.3 has raised objection, if the delay is condoned, on the ground that the delay is not explained properly and hence the application deserves to be rejected. 4.

Heard and perused the application.

For reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay stands condoned. The appeal be placed in LokAdalat on 11.2.2023. 6.

The application is disposed of.
