Criminal Application(APPA) No. 184 of 2023 in Criminal Appeal No.491/2009 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 03.04.2023 This application is taken out for supplying correct address of respondent sole. It is stated in the application that the Hon'ble Court has ordered to issue fresh bailable warrant against the respondent, however, as per the bail report, the respondent was not served. Therefore, the applicant is furnishing correct address of aforesaid respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature, in view of Chapter II, Rule 3 (c) r/w Chapter XXVI Rule 1 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, the applicant/appellant is allowed to make necessary amendment regarding correction of address of aforesaid respondent.

Necessary correction be carried out in the cause title of the Criminal Appeal.

Thereafter, office to issue fresh bailable warrant on the aforesaid respondent, returnable on 17.04.2023.
