All the appellants have filed a pursis stamp No.7/2021 informing that they have settled the dispute with the parties and they want to withdraw this second appeal. These appellants are the plaintiffs before the trial Court. Their suit for possession was decreed, whereas the appeal filed by the present respondents was allowed and the decree was set aside, that is why the original plaintiffs have filed the second appeal.

In view of the pursis filed by them, they do not want to prosecute the appeal any more. Hence, the appeal is disposed of as not pressed. The parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE *sandesh
