DATED : 10/03/2025 Leave to amend prayer Clause-(II) is granted. 2.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

This Court vide order dated 14.02.2025, permitted the petitioner to serve respondent No.1 by Registered Post A.D., returnable on 10.03.2025. In addition to learned Counsel for petitioner is permitted to serve the respondents before the Civil Judge Junior Division, Hingna, on the day fixed by that Court. 4.

It appears that notice issued by R.P.A.D. is returned back with an endorsement that 'Addressee Left'.

Learned Counsel for petitioner filed affidavit to that effect. It is also pointed out that on that day, petitioner has placed copy of petition along with pursis and the order passed by this Court, before the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Hingna. On that

2 6 wp 2868-2024 day also, defendant No.1 and his Counsel were absent. The daily status is annexed with the affidavit. As such, application is allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to serve respondent No.1 through paper publication as prayed in prayer Clause (II).

The application is disposed of, accordingly.

Interim order to continue till next date i.e. 28.03.2025.
