The Petitioners had filed this Petition on 18 February 2010 seeking a declaration that the Petitioners were eligible to appear for the post-graduate examination carried out by All India Institute of Medical Sciences and also to direct the Respondents to permit them to appear for the admission process of the year 2010. 2.

Rule was issued on 18 June 2010. No interim relief was granted.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners points out that the petition was for the admission process of the year 2010 and,
