By this application, the applicant challenges the order dated 03.11.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kelapur, District Yavatmal, dismissing the application of the applicant i.e. the father of deceased for want of prosecution in Sessions Case No.17 of 2018. It is informed that the said sessions case has been disposed of and the applicant has filed appeal before the Court raising ground in the present application.

Since the sessions case has been disposed of, the present application become infructuous. Hence, the revision application is disposed of as infructuous.
