Shri A.M. Quazi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the existence of dispute narrated by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Kamptee, in his order dated 16-8-2017 can be said to be resolved, particularly in the backdrop of the petitioner holding the titled documents of the property.

In this background, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the said Authority afresh for redressal of his grievance.

In case such grievance is raised with complete title deeds, the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Kamptee to dispose of the application of the petitioner, if made, as expeditiously as possible. 4.

The petition stands disposed of. No costs.
