Heard Shri Sagdeo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Bhuibhar, learned counsel for the respondents.

As remedy of filing appeal under Section 17 of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. (SARFAESI Act) Act is available to the petitioner, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to that remedy, we dispose of the petition.

Shri Sagdeo, learned counsel requests for continuation of interim order for a period of one week to enable the petitioner to file said appeal. Shri Bhuibhar, learned counsel is strongly opposing the continuation.

However, interim orders are given by this Court on 21.02.2015 and are in force till date. In this situation, we direct its further continuation for a period of one week more. The same shall cease to operate automatically thereafter.
