DATE : APRIL 15, 2016 The applicant seeks modification of two conditions that were imposed while releasing the applicant on bail by order dated 29/05/2015.
In the application it is stated that the applicant has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. However, her presence at the Economic Offence Wing, Crime Branch, Nagpur on every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday is presently not required as the investigation is almost completed. It is also prayed that the applicant be permitted to leave the city after taking permission of the Investigating Officer.
The prayer made with regard to attending the Economic Offences Wing as and when directed by the Investigating Officer is not seriously opposed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions. However, the other modification with regard to leaving the city after obtaining permission of the Investigating Officer is opposed.
Cri.Appp-201-16 2/2 As it is informed that the investigation is almost complete, condition No.2 in the order dated 29/05/2015 is modified and the applicant is directed to attend the Economic Offence Wing, Crime Branch, Nagpur as and when directed by the Investigating Officer. The request for modifying condition No.3 is rejected.
