Considering the submission and the fact that the impugned order is under challenge in the instant appeal and the respondent has filed execution proceedings for recovery of permanent alimony of 5,00,000/- granted in favour of the ₹ respondent, there shall be stay to the execution of impugned order insofar as permanent alimony of 5,00,000/- is concerned ₹ subject to depositing amount of 2,00,000/-, in the execution ₹ Court, before returnable date.
