JULY 7, 2017 By the present application, the applicant is challenging the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Maregaon dated 07.09.2015 by which the process is issued against the present applicant by the learned Magistrate for an offence punishable under Section 420, 465, 467, 468 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present application to prefer revision before the revisional Court. He submits that the applicant will file revision within four weeks.
Learned counsel for non applicant no.2original complainant has no objection. In view of above, the permission is granted with liberty to file revision before the revisional Court within four weeks from today. If the revision is
apl111.16.odt preferred within four weeks and if the said revision is accompanied with an application for condonation of delay, the revisional court shall decide the said application sympathetically.
Interim order dated 27.04.2016 shall remain in operation for five weeks from today. After expiry of five weeks, the interim order shall stand vacated automatically.
