DATE : April 28, 2016 The present application has been filed by the respondent in the second appeal. It is prayed that the appellant be restrained from creating third party rights with regard to the suit property. In support of the application, an affidavit sworn by the appellant along with proclamation dated 31/07/2012 has been placed on record.

There is no reply filed to the present application. There was no appearance on behalf of the appellant on 24/02/2016 and 22/03/2016. Today also there is no appearance on behalf of the appellant. Hence the ad interim injunction granted on 24/02/2015 shall continue as interim injunction during pendency of the appeal.
