The applicants, who are the original claimants, have sought withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the Appellant-Corporation. In view of the reasons stated in the application, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the total amount deposited with proportionate interest accrued thereon as per the shares specified in Clause-3 of the operative part of the award, dated 05/04/2017 in M.A.C.P. No.63/2015, subject to furnishing an usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial).
