This is an application seeking leave to add respondent Nos. 10, 11 and 12 as party respondents, being necessary parties.

It is stated that during pendency of the aforesaid contempt petition, respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are transferred from the posts which they were occupying at the time of filing of the contempt petition.

In this view of the matter, the Civil Application is allowed.

Necessary amendment/s be carried out within a period of one week from today.

On carrying out amendment/s, issue notice to the newly added respondents in Contempt Petition No. 125/2018, returnable three weeks thereafter.
